It is the customer’s responsibility to remove the unit from the end of the truck. DELIVERY INFORMATION NOTE: This information is for smaller items that are shipped by UPS. All Shelters are shipped by freight truck and do not fall under the below information. For freight information concerning shelters go to the "Shipping Info" button. US ORDERS Orders are accepted for US delivery only. Orders received by 11:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time typically will ship within two day. We can not guarantee Standard Ground Delivery will be received prior to Christmas. Two Business Days and Next Business Day Deliveries cannot be guaranteed during the week of Christmas. If you are interested in Saturday delivery please contact customer service. Standard Ground Delivery- This will typically be delivered in 3 to 10 business days from the requested shipment date. This is dependent upon many factors such as the area it is being delivered to and the overall shipping traffic. Second Business Day Delivery- If your order is received by 11:00 A.M. EST on a business day it will be shipped the following day and received two business days later. For example, if you place your order on Monday at 9:00 A.M. EST it will be shipped on Tuesday received on Thursday. However, If you order is received after 11:00 A.M. on a business day it would not be shipped until two business days later and received two business days from the shipping date. All addresses should include a complete street address and zip code. No orders are accepted for P.O. boxes, Rural Routes, APO and FPO. All military orders must have base name , building number and phone number. Orders are not recommended to be sent to hotels, ships, airports or military bases and cemeteries. WARRANTY INFORMATION Defective Parts We try our best to minimize any defective parts that are shipped with our products. Within 15 days from the time you purchase any of our products, we will replace - free of charge - any part which is defective. Your replacements will be shipped to your home by UPS Ground, also at no charge. Damages from improper anchoring, strong winds, excessive snow or ice are not considered defects. Next-Day replacements will require shipping charges. AaH! Shelters!! does not guarantee these canopies in excessive snow or ice under any circumstances. These canopies are designed to protect against damages caused by the sun, rain, tree sap, birds, and normal snow conditions etc. They are not designed to hold the roof loads that accompany heavy snow or ice. If your canopy is not anchored securely, it will fly away. Canopies make excellent kites. If your canopy takes flight we will not send free replacements. Anchoring is your responsibility. We offer several types of anchoring kits from temporary to semi-permanent. If you know that a strong weather front is coming - remove the cover. The cover is designed to be quickly and easily removed. **************************************************** Limited Warranty Information All covers we sell are equipped with a limited warranty. We offer several different types of replacement covers with varying warrantees. These warranties are summarized below. 1 Year Limited Warranty on Garage & Party Tents: Within 1 year of purchase manufacturer will replace any manufacture's defected items. **************************************************** Certain regions of the country are extremely hard on covers of any kind. If you live in these areas (such as Florida, Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, Nevada or High Altitudes) you probably already know how the sun can make life difficult. Chances are you may have to use the charts above. Normal wear and tear is not covered and should be expected. In order to receive a discount or free replacement you will have to return the defective cover to our warehouse for inspection before we will send a replacement. You must, in all cases, provide a copy of your receipt showing the date of purchase, model number and price.
