Units in stock can be shipped in 24 - 48 hours via freight Line. Delivery time will depend on the location to which the unit is being shipped.

Shipping costs will be calculated on the actual freight charges from carrier plus a small handling charge. Freight charges are added to your sales order. Because of the high volume of items shipped, rates have been negotiated to be extremely competitive.

Ship Rates: You can find out the shipping rates for the items you are interested in by starting your order online. Once you enter the "ship to" address to the order form, the next page will calculate the shipping charges. At that time you can either cancel or continue all before any payment information is required. The only time we will see this information is if you continue the order to completion.

All claims for missing parts must be received within 10 days of unit delivery. Receiver must make any claims for damage with carrier at time of receipt.

Applicable sales tax will be added to cost of goods as required by law.

Your new AaH! Shelters! item will be shipped typically within 2 business days by common carrier freight truck. In most cases you can expect delivery 5 - 12 business days from placing your confirmed order.

The freight company will normally contact you by phone in advance of the delivery to let you know the expected arrival day and time. You will need to be on hand for the delivery.

Your unit is delivered to your curbside and it is the customer's responsibility to move the unit from the truck to the final location.

We recommend you have able persons available for this task and a clear path to the final location.

Note: The trucking companies (driver's) responsibility is to set the item at the end of the truck. It is the customer's responsibility from that point on.

Always inspect items for shipping damage prior to accepting delivery. If unacceptable damage to items are spotted do not accept delivery.

NOTE: Smaller items are shipped by UPS or the like and will not require the resident to be on hand for delivery.

Because of sales tax issues, we do not ship any orders to Connecticut.
